Civil Engineer
Alexia Stergiou
The engineer Alexia Stergiou has been active in the field of construction since 2008.
She is a graduate of the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, registered at the Technical Chamber of Greece with a Professional License since 2008 and registered in the Register of Experience of Constructors Class C in the categories of building, road construction, hydraulic and energy-industrial projects.
She holds a Master in Business Administration - International from the Athens University of Economics and Business (Master in Business Administration - International) and professional certifications from recognized international educational institutions (project management, negotiations, shipbroking, taxation on transactions and investments, etc.).
She has many years of experience in the management of various construction projects, both building and energy, of high standards and requirements, both in Greece and abroad.
She undertakes turnkey projects from the moment of conception of the idea, the preliminary design and licensing to the implementation study, implementation and delivery to the client. Acts as a consultant for the verification of legality, planning conditions and the technical and financial evaluation of properties for investment.
She maintains a stable cooperation with a team of specialized engineers and experienced associates who, with organization and creativity, work together efficiently with innovative ideas and environmental awareness in every action, in every project.
